The 2024 Drywite Young Fish Frier of the Year competition is open for all entries until 17th September.
Candidates must have reached their 18th birthday, but not have had their 26th birthday by the closing date for that year’s entries.
Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months frying experience and be able to fry safely unsupervised.
The shop where the candidate works must have a minimum rating of 4 in the FHRS.
There are 3 rounds to the 2024 competition.
