Delivery & Ordering Terms
Order Enquiries & Payment
Online order enquiries are reviewed by our Sales Team, who will issue a pro forma invoice and advise delivery costs. Orders are confirmed once cleared payment has been received. Please note, our office hours are 09:00-17:00 Monday to Thursday and 09:00-16:30 Friday, and we are closed during the weekend and Bank Holidays – responses will be sent as quickly as possible during our opening hours.
Despatch Times
- Payments cleared by 11:00am (Monday–Friday) are despatched the same day.
- Payments received after 11:00am are despatched the next working day.
- No despatches are made at weekends or on bank holidays.
Delivery Services
We use reliable UK courier services or Royal Mail, with 24 or 48 hour tracked deliveries for most orders. Lead times may vary depending on location, courier availability and seasonal demand.
Large orders can be sent by pallet delivery, and some items (including our concentrated Non-Brewed Condiment essences) must be shipped by pallet.
Shipping Costs
Delivery charges are confirmed at the quotation / pro forma stage. We always aim to select the most efficient and cost-effective method for your order, and we do not add packing charges.
Receiving Your Delivery
We will provide the carrier with the contact details you have stated, so that you can track your delivery. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery. Failed, redirected or reattempted deliveries may incur additional courier charges.
Damaged or Missing Items
Any delivery issues must be reported within 48 hours of receipt so we can resolve them promptly.
Collections from Drywite
Our factory Trade Counter is open for in-person ordering and collection. Please contact us beforehand to confirm stock availability.
Trade Counter Opening Times: Monday to Thursday: 08:30 – 15:30, Friday: 08:30 – 13:00
Distributors
We have a network of trusted distributors, who supply to the catering trade.
Christmas & New Year Closure
Our online order service closes on Monday 22 December and reopens on Monday 5 January.
International Enquiries
