Drywite PuraWite is a sulphite-free preservative treatment certified for organic processing. Contains no allergens. Extending shelf-life to 7 days, even in loose-packed products, it helps prevent enzymatic browning and the drying and hardening associated with sulphite treatments.

Dose guide: 50-70 grams per litre
Dwell guide: 4 minutes for whole peeled potatoes, 90 seconds for chips and wedges
Available in 20kg containers
